اذكر طراز iPhone وإصدار iOS ولغة التطبيق والمنطقة التقريبية وخطوات تكرار المشكلة. لا ترسل عنوان منزلك أو موقعك الدقيق أو سجل رحلتك.
قبل التواصل
- تأكد من السماح للتطبيق باستخدام الموقع أثناء الاستعمال.
- تحقق من اتصال الإنترنت عند البحث أو حساب مسار أو تحميل صور القمر الصناعي.
- إذا ظهرت خريطة سوداء، أغلق شاشة المسار وأعد فتحها، ثم أرسل لقطة شاشة إذا استمرت المشكلة.
OTW Map ليس خدمة طوارئ. عند وجود خطر اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية واتبع تعليمات الجهات الرسمية.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app language, approximate area and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send a home address, precise live location or trip history.
Before contacting us
- Confirm OTW Map may use location while the app is in use.
- Check connectivity before search, route calculation or satellite imagery loading.
- If the map appears black, exit and reopen the route; include a screenshot if the problem continues.
OTW Map is not an emergency service. If anyone is at risk, contact local emergency services and follow official instructions.
Supported release: OTW Map for iPhone, iOS 17 or later, Arabic and English.
